The consent is given for the purposes to provide assistance in the visit of the Russian Federation a foreign citizen.

This consent enters into force from the day of its signing and remains in effect until revoked in writing.

I may revoke this consent by giving written notice to OJSC (OAO) "RVC".

This consent is granted for the implementation of any action with respect to my personal data, which are required or are desirable in order to achieve the above objectives, including, without limitation: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer of personal data, as well as the implementation of any other action with my personal data, taking into account applicable legislation in force.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that in case of need to provide personal data to a third party in order to achieve the above objectives, as well as need to involve third parties in the provision of services in the given purposes, transfer of functions and powers of OJSC (OAO) RVC to a third party, OJSC (OAO) RVC reserves the right to disclose information about my person (including my personal data) in the required volume and in the above purposes to such third parties, their agents and other persons authorized by them, as well as to provide them with relevant documents containing such information. This consent is considered granted by me to any third party mentioned above mutatis mutandis, and any of such third parties shall have the right to process personal data based on this consent.
